- Manage the overall customer and client experience throughout the construction process
- Evaluate projects and develop scopes of work and estimates
- Obtain approval of project scope, pricing, and schedule
- Create and manage project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local building codes, and safety standards
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve job-site issues
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communication with stakeholders
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Perform final walkthroughs with customers
- Secure Certificates of Completion and Satisfaction
- Manage warranty items and follow-up service
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure proper permits are obtained
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous construction or restoration project management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience reading scopes, budgets, and estimates
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Xactimate, project software)
- PMP certification or similar project management training preferred
- Restoration industry experience preferred
- Frequent driving to job sites
- Walking or standing for extended periods
- Occasional ladder climbing
- Exposure to job-site conditions including heat and noise
- Full-time position
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call response may be required depending on project needs.
