### Key Responsibilities
- **Project Planning and Coordination**: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage a diverse team of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, providing direction and support to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor work quality and compliance with industry regulations and safety standards to ensure projects meet both client expectations and legal requirements.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects remain financially viable through effective resource management.

### Essential Skills and Qualifications
