Job Description:
As a Recruiting Assistant, you will play a critical role in assisting with the recruiting and hiring for our growing Franchise. In addition, you will perform administrative tasks related to the efficiency and success of the Human Resources & Training Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters in posting open positions in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Review candidate applications and conduct phone screens for assigned positions
- Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers and Management Team
- Document all candidate interaction in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Extend candidate offers timely and accurately
- Administer paperwork for new hires, regarding application status, interviews, and next steps
- Assist with new hire onboarding in coordination with the Training Department
- Support background checks, prepare offer letters, and pre-employment requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Perform general administrative duties related to recruiting and hiring
- Additional duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience as a recruiting assistant or staffing coordinator
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, email, and scheduling tools
- Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
