What You'll Bring
- 6+ months of restoration experience
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license
- IICRC certifications (preferred)

What You'll Do
- Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
- Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
- Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
- Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
- Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required
- Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position involves application of cleaning solutions and exposure to moderate noise levels when operating restoration equipment. Performing the physical activities of this position require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. You also need to be able to work in high places and in confined or tight spaces. You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
