- Intake and entry of claims into Company Specific Software
- Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with customers, adjusters, and Restoration Managers
- Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
- Create estimates using estimating software, Xactimate Experience a PLUS
- Review and validate job site documentation and insurance-specific requirements
- Work closely with Restoration Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 3 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail-oriented
- Must be knowledgeable in Outlook and the Microsoft software suite
