EXPERIENCED MITIGATION CREW CHIEF RESTORATION COMPANY

Our team is recruiting an experienced industry professional to join our team as our business expansion continuous. The successful candidate will be one who leads by example and demonstrates daily the qualities others should strive to achieve so they may also grow with our team.

Qualifications:

· Experience in Structural Mitigation stabilization and restoration

· High School diploma/GED

· Effective oral communication skills

· Ability to perform tasks routinely on ipads and laptops once trained

· Advanced IICRC certifications will be offered but candidates already having them will be a plus

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

· Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

· Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing

· Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

· Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawlspaces under buildings)

· Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
