We’re looking for a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Painter and Carpenters to join our team as an Independent Contractor for general residential and commercial work.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality finish and rough carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and trim work following restoration projects
- Restore properties to pre-loss condition after water, fire, or mold damage
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Communicate effectively with project managers and field supervisors
- Follow all safety standards and job site protocols
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a painter, carpenter, or multi-skilled tradesperson
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects
- Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Professional demeanor when working in occupied homes and businesses
- Restoration experience is a plus, but not required
Scope of Work May Include:
- Trim Carpentry & Finish Work
- Framing
- Drywall (Hanging & Taping)
- Cabinet Installation
- Door & Window Installation
- Tile & Flooring
- Siding & Roofing
Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
