This role is active, physical, and never boring. You’ll help families and businesses recover after fires, floods, and emergencies — and see the impact of your work every day.

🧠What You’ll Do
You’ll respond to fire and water damage sites and help restore properties safely and professionally. Your day may include:
- Hands-on physical work
- Working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces
- Lifting and moving materials
- Using PPE and safety equipment when needed
- Following clear safety and documentation procedures
This is skilled restoration work — not janitorial and not typical construction — and full training is provided.
🧰 Core Responsibilities
- Set up and break down restoration job sites
- Operate drying, extraction, and cleaning equipment
- Perform demolition and material removal when required
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with supervisors and teammates
- Follow safety and documentation standards
🚗 Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces
- Willing to work in wet, dirty, or damaged environments
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
