Water Damage & Contents Restoration
Looking for a hands-on career where every day is different, your work helps people in real situations, and you can level up fast? Join our growing restoration team as an Entry-Level Mitigation Technician—no experience required.
We’ll train you from day one. You bring the work ethic—we’ll bring the skills.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving team that responds to homes and businesses after water damage, flooding, or disasters. Depending on the job, your role may include:
Water Damage Mitigation
- Extracting water and setting up drying equipment
- Monitoring moisture levels and documenting progress
- Performing demolition and cleanup when needed
- Learning industry-standard drying techniques
Contents Restoration
- Packing, moving, and inventorying customer belongings
- Cleaning and restoring furniture, electronics, and personal items
- Handling contents with care and professionalism
- Helping customers recover what matters most
This is a true entry-level position. We provide:
