Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating On-Call After Hours

SERVPRO Team Doyle is looking for a dependable, motivated Water Mitigation Crew Chief to join both our Scranton & Allentown Teams. This position is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of water mitigation or restoration experience who’s ready to take the next step toward becoming a Production Manager in the future.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a small crew in water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.
- Set up, monitor, and document drying systems and dehumidification equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and supervisors to ensure excellent service and job quality.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation using SERVPRO systems and apps.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
- Assist the Production Manager and learn key responsibilities to prepare for future leadership roles.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related field (construction, cleaning, property repair, etc.).
- Strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the SERVPRO organization.
- Team player who takes pride in their work and provides great customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours during on-call weeks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- IICRC WRT certification a plus (but not required).
