Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities, including setting up staging areas and project-specific equipment.
- Communicate effectively with management and fellow technicians to support efficient and productive workflows.
- Carry out assigned production and restoration tasks in accordance with company standards.
- Complete end-of-day and end-of-project cleanup, ensuring each jobsite is left clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
Position Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
Skills, Physical Demands & Competencies
- Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Ability to repeatedly push, pull, lift, and carry materials and equipment.
- Ability to safely work with and around cleaning agents and restoration products.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check, subject to applicable laws.

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
