What You’ll Do:

  •  Respond quickly to emergency calls (water, fire, storm damage) 
  •  Perform mitigation work including water extraction, demolition, and cleanup 
  •  Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment 
  •  Secure and stabilize job sites to prevent further damage 
  •  Load, maintain, and track tools and materials 
  •  Communicate clearly with your team and customers 
  •  Follow all safety and company standards 
What We’re Looking For:

  •  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
  •  Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays) 
  •  Experience in restoration, construction, or similar field preferred (we’ll train the right person) 
  •  IICRC certification is a plus 
Physical Demands:

  •  Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance) 
  •  Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions 
  •  Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks 
  •  Comfortable working with cleaning and restoration agents

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
