- Process customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Apply customer payments and maintain up-to-date account records
- Manage customer collection activities professionally and effectively
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Post all bills and expenses in QBO and other Software.
- Maintain Vendor and Subcontractor documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of business/office experience
- 1+ years performing collection activities
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, courteous communication style
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication (proper grammar required)
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced office
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or within a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn new platforms such as Xactimate® and SERVPRO proprietary software
- Experience in restoration, cleaning, or insurance industries is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred, or 2–3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
