SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking an energetic Emergency Response Coordinator. You’ll be responding to emergency leads in real time and selling our services to affected customers in both the residential and commercial space. 
 
Construction/restoration sales and emergency response experience is a huge plus. Also possessing the ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, with a proven track record of success will result in serious consideration. 
 
Realistic earnings of well over $100K+ due to a generous base salary and an uncapped high yield commission structure!

Job Summary:
 
The Emergency Response Coordinator will be responsible for responding to emergency leads in real time and effectively selling SERVPRO Team Wall mitigation and construction services to affected residential homeowners and commercial properties.
 
Our company utilizes services which provide emergency lead notification in real-time. These leads will be provided to the Emergency Response Coordinator, and they will be expected to monitor, generate, and interpret lead sources. You’ll look to connect with the homeowner/property owner or authorized personnel at commercial properties or in residential rental situations. The goal is to sell SERVPRO Team Wall services necessary to provide mitigation to the emergency and lead into construction when/if applicable.
 
The Emergency Response Coordinator must be able to provide quick response times to calls within their geographic area. Additionally, they must be available 24/7, including weekends and holidays to respond quickly to local emergencies. 

 
 Primary Functions of the Role: 
  • Arrive quickly to any scene of a fire emergency to consult with property owners impacted by fire damage to enable the implementation of property recovery initiatives.
 
Additional Responsibilities: 
  • Daily preparation with a call-to-action plan and care kits
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales call and meeting metrics.
  • Conduct consistent research and prospecting to identify potential clients.
  • Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally in all communications.
  • Additional tasks as directed by the Director of Business Development.
Compensation:
Very Generous Base Salary ! + Uncapped High Percentage Commission Structure!

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
