- Monitor incoming leads and manage job files from intake through completion and invoicing
- Maintain and update the Work-in-Progress (WIP) board for all active jobs
- Audit daily job file documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Review scopes of work, estimates, and supporting documentation to ensure all program requirements are met
- Verify that all work performed is properly documented and invoiced
- Collaborate closely with Production and Project Managers to ensure seamless job tracking
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to keep projects on track and organized
- Assist other departments as needed to support overall operations
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative, or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Experience with estimating software (preferred but not required)
