SERVPRO of Manchester is hiring an experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead our mitigation teams across water, fire and mold projects. You’ll own day‑to‑day field operations, coach Project Managers/Crew Chiefs/Technicians, and ensure top‑tier quality, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

3+ years of leadership experience in property restoration/mitigation (water/fire/mold)

IICRC WRT (required) — ASD/AMRT/FSRT a plus
- Proficiency with Xactimate estimating and DryBook job documentation
- Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record

Lead & develop field teams (PMs, Crew Chiefs, Technicians): hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management.

Own daily operations: job scoping, crew assignments, dispatch, logistics, and warehouse/equipment readiness.

Run restoration projects (water mitigation, fire/smoke cleanup, mold remediation) to IICRC standards with strong safety and quality control.

Ensure documentation accuracy (moisture mapping, psychrometrics, photos, estimates, COs) in DryBook and Xactimate; maintain adjuster/carrier communication.

Manage schedules/capacity with PMs and Office for efficient daily job flow; maintain on‑call rotation and storm response readiness.

Drive continuous improvement: SOPs, training plans, certification paths, cost control, customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success leading restoration field operations with hands‑on knowledge of structural drying, water extraction, containment, HEPA/negative air, demolition protocols, LGR/desiccant dehumidification, and air movers.
- Strong people leadership, organization, and problem‑solving under time pressure.
- Clear written/verbal communication and comfort interfacing with customers, adjusters, and vendors.
- Tech‑savvy with Xactimate and DryBook (or similar restoration platforms).

ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT; prior SERVPRO or restoration‑franchise experience.
- Experience with reconstruction coordination, commercial losses, and contents/pack‑out.
