Your Role:
As a Restoration Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader on our production team — guiding technicians, ensuring quality work, and maintaining clear communication between customers, teammates, and management. You’ll embody our “Here to Help®” promise through integrity, accountability, and care.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Coordinating and overseeing restoration projects with attention to quality, safety, and timeliness.
- Coaching, training, and supporting your crew to perform with excellence.
- Communicating updates clearly to customers, helping them feel confident and cared for during stressful times.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and job files to support our proven SERVPRO® processes.
- Managing resources efficiently and demonstrating financial responsibility in every task.
- Ensuring a safe, respectful, and positive work environment that reflects our family-like team culture.
Who You Are:
You’re a problem-solver and leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring both compassion and grit to every situation.

Preferred qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- 1+ year experience in restoration, construction, or related work
- IICRC certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform physical work safely

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
