About the Role:
As a Mitigation Production Manager at SERVPRO, you will lead a dedicated team in restoring properties and lives after disasters. Join us in making a difference in Florence, SC, while ensuring top-notch service and efficiency in every project.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of mitigation projects, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
  • Manage and train a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine the scope of work and develop action plans.
  • Maintain communication with clients, insurance agents, and team members throughout the process.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures on all job sites.
  • Utilize industry-specific software for project management and reporting.
  • Assist with business development efforts to grow the mitigation division.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in disaster restoration or related field, with management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes and techniques.
  • Valid IICRC certifications in water damage restoration and mold remediation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
