SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Construction Estimating Manager to lead our talented team of estimators in producing high-quality, accurate, and efficient construction estimates. This role is key to driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service across our offices.

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Construction Estimating Manager to lead our talented team of estimators in producing high-quality, accurate, and efficient construction estimates. This role is key to driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service across our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and manage Construction Estimators across projects to ensure optimal team performance.
- Monitor and review estimates in progress daily, providing timely guidance and leveraging data insights to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completion within tight deadlines.
- Coach Construction Estimators on SERVPRO Team Wall SOPs while promoting best practices and continuous improvement in estimating processes.
- Travel monthly to each SERVPRO Team Wall office (Harrisburg, PA, Pittsburgh, PA & Hunt Valley, MD) to maintain strong team connections and oversight.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing at least 3 direct reports
- Strong customer service background with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting.
- Familiarity with Xactimate and/or Symbility software platforms.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
