SERVPRO® of Cumberland, Morgan, & White Counties is hiring an Administrative Assistant!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role, ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our operational teams. This position involves performing various administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly receive and enter lead calls and job referrals, ensuring accuracy and completeness 
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers 
  • Collaborate with teams to coordinate the production schedule, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely job completion 
  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments, as needed
 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

 Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
