- Conduct annual marketing needs assessments, including planning CE classes, lunch-and-learns, and other educational events tailored to business clients and referral partners
- Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget and action plans for centers of influence (COIs) and B2B outreach
- Establish revenue, collection, and activity goals; monitor performance against marketing objectives
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including annual marketing plans and budgets
- Increase B2B sales revenue and achieve sales goals by training and coaching the marketing team
- Recruit, hire, and evaluate marketing staff performance, and oversee administrative tasks related to marketing

5+ years of B2B sales, marketing experience with a proven track record of growth
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to build rapport in new or challenging situations — especially with business clients and strategic partners
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience with professional sales or marketing associations is a plus
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check, where applicable
