Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely restocking of supplies.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality compliance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field technicians to ensure materials and equipment are available as needed.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and organization of all warehouse tools, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular audits and report inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Perform end-of-day and end-of-week warehouse cleanup to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
Position Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control (management experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating between departments and vendors.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions.
