Location: Allentown, PA

Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually (Base Salary + Commission)

Are you an experienced restoration professional ready to take the next step in your career? SERVPRO of Allentown, PA is seeking a Restoration Department Manager to lead our fast-growing restoration division. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated, organized, and hands-on leader to oversee a high-performing team and drive operational excellence in both Contents Restoration and Water Mitigation Services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the Restoration Department, managing a team of 10–15 restoration professionals.

  • Lead and develop team members to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and superior customer service.

  • Oversee all phases of water mitigation, contents cleaning, and restoration projects—from inspection to completion.

  • Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Manage department financials, scheduling, and project execution to achieve an annual volume of approximately $2 million.

  • Collaborate with ownership, estimators, and project managers to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Promote SERVPRO’s culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in the restoration industry, with strong knowledge of Contents Restoration and Water Mitigation.

  • Proven experience managing or supervising restoration teams.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in job costing, scheduling, and department-level P&L management.

  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT) preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
