- Total target compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 dollars per year (base salary plus performance bonuses, depending on experience and results)

- Respond to water, fire or smoke, and mold losses and take the lead from first call through completion of mitigation
- Perform on site inspections, determine scope, and create mitigation plans, including drying plans, equipment layout, and necessary demolition
- Scope and estimate mitigation work using Xactimate and SERVPRO systems, including updates and supplements as needed
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters throughout the job
- Schedule, coordinate, and lead mitigation crews and vendors to ensure work is done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Ensure thorough job documentation, including photos, moisture readings, logs, notes, and signatures, to support billing and carrier requirements
- Monitor job progress, equipment usage, and labor to meet mitigation performance and job profitability targets
- Drive five star customer experiences by setting expectations, communicating clearly, and following up
- Partner with any reconstruction team when needed to hand off stabilized jobs smoothly
- Two or more years of water and or fire mitigation project management experience, or strong mitigation field experience plus leadership responsibilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple mitigation jobs at once and keep crews organized
- Xactimate proficiency for writing and updating mitigation estimates and sketches
- Strong understanding of mitigation standards and best practices for drying, containment, decontamination, and demolition
- Effective communication with customers, adjusters, and teammates, both verbal and written
- Comfort with technology, including job management software, email, mobile apps, and spreadsheets
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to respond to jobs in the local area as needed, including participation in an after hours or on call rotation
- IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
- Experience working with insurance carriers, third party administrators, and program work
- Prior experience as a lead technician, crew chief, or mitigation supervisor in restoration
