SERVPRO of Minnetonka, has an opening for a Water & Fire Mitigation Technician who is well-motivated and looking to build a career at the fastest-growing restoration company in the State.
As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Technician demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!” As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency water damage situations, performing mitigation services, and ensuring properties are restored to a safe and dry condition. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
- Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
- Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
- Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
- Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay: $20.00-$24.00 an hour, depending on experience (includes after-hour job bonuses)

Position Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
