What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a talented team of restoration professionals.
- Overseeing all aspects of restoration projects from initial call to final walk-through.
- Responding quickly to new leads, scoping jobs, creating and reviewing estimates, and winning approvals.
- Scheduling crews, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Monitoring budgets, job costing, and project profitability.
- Communicating clearly with customers, clients, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
- Driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence every day.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching team members for growth and success.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- 3+ years of operations/project management experience (restoration or construction preferred).
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
- Ability to balance office leadership with hands-on field oversight.
- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate for estimating restoration and construction projects.
- Comfort with the physical demands of job sites (occasional lifting, ladders, PPE).
- Industry certifications (IICRC, WRT, ASD, etc.) — a plus but not required.
