- When required, safely collecting and delivering textiles to/from customers or other vendors
- Proper care and handling of items both before and after cleaning including tagging, logging, and tracking (using software) through the cleaning process and storage
- Report and document (written and photos) any pre-existing damage or concerns prior to cleaning
- Following our processes and using our specialty equipment (various machines and laundry equipment), learning the proper methods to perform detailed cleaning on a variety of textiles materials either onsite at homes and businesses or at our local facility.
- Ensure cleaned items meet strict quality standards and expectations - reclean as necessary before returning.
- Assist other teammates as requested in loading work vehicles with equipment, cleaning products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and equipment appearance.
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Communicate with supervisors, teammates, and customers to maintain efficient work processes.
- Perform proper end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite and all work areas with a clean and orderly appearance
- Bi-Lingual would be a BIG plus!
- Dependability & Reliability
- MUST HAVE current or previous residential or commercial cleaning experience - especially carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, floor care, laundry service, etc. would be a BIG plus.
- Comfort level with technology and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and have an eye for detail
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Understanding or willingness to learn about the many various textile materials, cleaning processes, and products to maximize cleaning results.
- Effective understanding of basic English oral and written communication
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to pass a BG Check
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., under cabinets, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to work in cold or hot conditions
- Ability to travel during the day locally to various jobsites or make deliveries
- Bi-weekly pay
- Competitive hourly wage - commensurate with experience
- Profit Sharing Program
- OT for all hours per week over 40 (will generally work 40-45hrs/wk)
- 9 Paid holidays (eligible after 90 days)
- 1 weeks paid vacation (pro-rated first year based on start date - eligible after 90 days)

Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (occasional after hours/weekends depending on project requirements)
