Location: Allentown, PA
Pay: $20 – $23/hour (based on experience)
Bonus: $1,200 Sign-On Bonus!
Benefits: Full benefits package available after 90 days
At Servpro of Allentown, we pride ourselves on being the trusted name in disaster restoration. We’re growing and looking for dedicated Water Mitigation Technicians to join our team and help families and businesses recover when the unexpected happens.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to emergency water damage calls with professionalism and urgency
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, perform water extraction, and complete demolition as needed
- Accurately document job progress and communicate with project managers and customers
- Assist with cleaning and restoring affected properties
- Be a dependable team player who’s ready to help when duty calls
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in water mitigation/restoration preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
- Ability to work in challenging environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
