- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage cleanup and restoration.
- Perform cleaning and restoration activities, such as deep cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing affected areas.
- Set up and operate specialty equipment for cleaning and drying purposes.
- Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with necessary tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.
- Effectively communicate job site conditions, equipment needs, and safety hazards with supervisors.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the cleaning restoration process.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including water extraction, smoke and odor removal, mold remediation, and site clean-up.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification in cleaning and restoration is a plus.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents and other chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
