About the Role

The Project Finance Administrator plays a key role in supporting project success through accurate job costing, financial tracking, and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to both the financial and administrative aspects of construction and restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary focus on job costing: monitor, track, and validate project expenses to ensure accuracy and profitability

  • Support daily project oversight including status monitoring, audits, and work-in-progress tracking

  • Review and validate job site documentation for accuracy and compliance

  • Work closely with team members to ensure complete and accurate financial and project documentation from start to finish

  • Assist with interdepartmental coordination and provide administrative support as needed

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)

  • At least 1 year of finance, customer service, or office-related experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and related financial/administrative applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is primarily a sedentary office role in a fast-paced environment. Some filing may be required, which involves lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and occasional bending or standing. Must be able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
