- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of restoration projects (water, fire, mold, storm, and other damage).
- Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, and equipment for job sites.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to industry and company standards.
- Perform job site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Assist with scoping jobs and preparing estimates when necessary.
- Track project documentation, including job costing, work authorizations, change orders, and job notes.
- Provide leadership and support to technicians and field staff, including training and performance management.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment related to restoration work.
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
- 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes, including water mitigation, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleanup, and reconstruction.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in Xactimate
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters.
- Proficiency with restoration software (e.g., WorkCenter 2.0, Job-Dox, Encircle, DASH) is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- OSHA 10/30 or other safety certifications.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
