- Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients, following each restoration project.
- Monitor billing entries and accounts receivable; follow up on outstanding payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner, communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed billing records and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with management and customers/clients to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
- Support month‑end reporting and reconcile billing system with general ledger.
- Assist with related finance tasks as needed—while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or financial coordination experience.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Experience with computer software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively use discretion with sensitive data.
- Dependable, proactive, and supportive team player.
- Part-time, 20 hours a week, between 730am-5pm.
- Frequent sitting, typing, walking between offices and using phone/computer. Occasionally lifting files up to 10lbs, bending and filing.
