Compensation & Benefits
• $22.00–$27.00/hour, based on experience and certification
• Built-in raises: +$1/hr after successfully completing your 3-month probation
• Paid IICRC training — we pay for your IICRC WRT certification, and earning it moves you up the pay scale (+$1–$2/hr). The credential is yours for life.
• Overtime paid: 1.5x after 8 hours/day, 2x after 12 hours (BC Employment Standards)

• Full-time, permanent role with a clear path to Lead Technician / Project Manager
• Multilingual team — English/Mandarin/Cantonese an asset for serving our diverse client base
What You'll Do
• Respond to water damage emergencies in residential and commercial properties
• Assess damage, identify the source of loss, and extract standing water
• Set up and monitor drying and dehumidification equipment
• Clean, disinfect, and apply mold-prevention treatments
• Document moisture readings and photos; report findings to your Project Manager
• Perform demolition/removal of damaged materials when required
• Deliver calm, professional service to customers on their worst day
What We're Looking For
• Valid BC Driver's License (Class 5) with a clean driver's abstract
• 6+ months restoration or related trades experience preferred — strong candidates without experience will be trained
• Physically capable: lifting equipment up to 50–75 lbs, working in damp or confined conditions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a crew
• Available for on-call rotation (approx. one week per month) and occasional overtime
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
Location & Schedule
Field-based across Greater Vancouver. Full-time, Monday–Friday plus on-call rotation.
