- Clean, restore, and deodorize properties and contents impacted by fire, water, mold, smoke, or sewage.
- Document your work—capture “before-and-after” photos to showcase restoration progress.
- Load, inventory, and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of your work vehicle.
- Quickly respond to emergency calls, including water and fire damage cleanup.
- Assist with room preparation and assessment planning before restoration begins.
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients to address concerns and explain processes.
- Report safety hazards or issues at job sites to supervisors promptly.
- Learn and apply proper water-, smoke-, and mold-removal methods and equipment (training provided).
- Help with occasional light office cleaning tasks when needed.
- A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
- Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them.
- A High School diploma/GED.
- Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required.
- IICRC certifications? Even better!
- A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts.
- Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.
- Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out-of-area work.
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.
