Our Mitigation Department is growing, and we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Mitigation Project Manager to lead operations. This role oversees all aspects of the division, including operational and financial performance, staff development, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
We’re looking for a strong communicator with proven leadership skills, the ability to motivate and train teams, and a solid understanding of key business metrics that drive efficiency and success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning, budgeting, and goal setting for the division
- Lead Estimators and Technicians in managing fire, water, and other restoration projects
- Ensure consistent communication with owners, managers, staff, clients, and property owners
- Oversee project estimating, job costing, and quality control
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive client relationships
- Ensure adherence to job processes, safety standards, and company protocols
- 5+ years of management experience in the construction or restoration industry
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization
- Intermediate math and strong computer skills
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on ladders
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed
- Must successfully pass a background check (as permitted by law)
