Assistant Production Manager

Join a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your leadership, communication, and project coordination skills support our mission: making it “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a driven Assistant Production Manager who supports the Production Manager in an operational capacity and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational infrastructure, including warehouse management, fleet readiness, equipment tracking, inventory control, and technician training. This role supports field execution by monitoring job sites for quality and compliance, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring teams are equipped and prepared to perform efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities
Project Management & Operations
·       Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
·       Track, manage, and restock inventory and consumables
·       Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance, and deployment
·       Coordinate staging of materials and equipment for jobs
·       Support contents handling and organization (as applicable)
·       Fleet Management
·       Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and job-ready
·       Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections
·       Field Support & Quality Control
·       Conduct job site visits to monitor quality and SOP adherence
·       Identify and help troubleshoot operational or equipment issues
·       Reinforce safety and performance standards
·       Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Experience & Skill Set
•    At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
•    At least 3 years of industry experience
•    Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
•    IICRC certifications preferred
•    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance
•    Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces
•    Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Education & Credentials
•    High school diploma or GED required
•    Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
•    Valid driver’s license required

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
