SERVPRO Team Warnecki is looking for a dependable, hardworking Restoration Technician who is eager to work and ready to build a career in the restoration industry. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and helping people in their time of need, we want to meet you.

This is a full-time, hourly position based out of our Winchester office.

What You’ll Do

Respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying
Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
Maintain vehicles, tools, and job site equipment
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional
Represent SERVPRO with professionalism and compassion

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Reliable transportation to report daily to the Winchester office
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to work on-call shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed)
Experience in restoration, construction, or handyman work preferred but not required
IICRC certification is a plus (we will train the right candidate)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, or confined spaces
Ability to safely use restoration equipment and cleaning products
