SERVPRO Team Harvey is looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our fast-moving restoration team. This is more than just an admin role—it’s a launchpad. Key Responsibilities

· Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

· Support job scheduling, work order tracking, and file management

· Assist with billing, collections, and job documentation

· Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and coworkers

· Pitch in wherever needed—this is a true team environment

What We’re Looking For

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business tools

· Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm)
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• Regular reviews and advancement opportunities
• Location: In-office at our Cliffwood, NJ headquarters

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
