Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Directly manage Reconstruction Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Field Superintendents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team effectiveness and professional growth.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project financials, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Review job estimates, scopes, and progress reports for accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Escalations: Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Maintain positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all locations.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate regular communication between field teams, office staff, and senior management. Participate in work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to monitor job status and address challenges.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operational performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all reconstruction activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Promote a culture of safety and risk management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, restoration, or related operations management, with at least 2 years in a multi-site leadership role.

- Periodic travel required between eight locations in CO, NM, NV, CA, OR, WA
- Office and field-based work as needed
- Must be available for after-hours support in case of emergencies
