Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated In-House Reconstruction Technician to join our Manchester team. This role is perfect for someone with a construction background who takes pride in quality workmanship and values being part of a team that makes a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on reconstruction tasks including drywall, framing, flooring, trim, painting, and general carpentry
Assist with demolition, clean-up, and site prep as needed
Follow detailed work orders and job scopes to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized at all times
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service
Document progress and communicate clearly with the Project Manager and team

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or carpentry preferred
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred but Not Required:

IICRC certification(s)
OSHA 10/30 Certification
