Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet cleaning services using industry-leading equipment and techniques.
- Inspect carpets for stains, damage, and other issues before cleaning.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and methods tailored to different carpet types.
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Document work performed and report any additional services required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on cleaning techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in carpet cleaning preferred.
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability; punctuality is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning technologies and methods.
