- Manage construction job projects start to finish
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry, job file notes, and handling job project finances
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling
- Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
- Schedule sub contractors
- Obtain customer selections
- Assist other departments, as needed
- 3+ year(s) of project management or construction experience
- Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, utilize CRM
- Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Meet the needs of our customers but standard hours are 8am - 5pm
