SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support key accounting functions and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities. You’ll collaborate with team members across departments to gather and analyze financial data while helping to strengthen internal controls and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits
Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
Help develop and maintain internal controls
Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred (internships count!)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
