Summary:
· Training & Development: Provide onboarding and ongoing training to cleaning staff on procedures, safety practices, and equipment
use.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning services meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
· Job Estimation: Evaluate site requirements and prepare accurate job estimates, including labor, materials, and timeframes.
· Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving issues
promptly.
· Inventory Control: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintaining stock levels.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in job files, including estimates, schedules, reports, and communications.
· Safety: Enforce compliance with safety policies and standards; promote a culture of safety among all team members.
Experience and Skills:
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Ability to assess project needs and produce reliable estimates
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
· Proficient with basic computer systems
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Hours may include occasional evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer needs. Travel is primarily local.
