At SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach, we are committed to providing exceptional restoration services to our community. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role plays a critical part in managing our financial processes, including handling vendor relationships, managing our PO system, and collaborating with our Accounts Receivable team. Processing Payables: Accurately manage accounts payable by reviewing and entering vendor invoices into QuickBooks, ensuring proper coding and timely payments.

Phone Sales Management: Handle phone sales inquiries from subcontractors and employees, ensuring smooth communication and accurate record-keeping.

Managing PO System: Oversee the purchase order (PO) system, ensuring all orders are processed and tracked correctly.

Billing Creation: Generate new billing information for customers and ensure it is correctly entered for Accounts Receivable specialists to process.

Collaboration with AR Specialists: Provide necessary billing and PO data to the AR team for collections and follow-ups.

Support General Manager: Assist the General Manager with various financial and administrative tasks as needed.
- 2+ years of experience using QuickBooks for accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Proven experience in managing accounts payable and receivable or similar financial roles.
- Experience handling phone sales inquiries, particularly with subcontractors and employees.
- Strong understanding of managing purchase orders (PO) and related processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and QuickBooks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
