This is an ENTRY LEVEL position - some warehouse or equipment maintenance experience would be helpful.

Our growing recession-proof business is looking to add a solid player to our Warehouse Team.
You will be responsible for working with and supporting our Warehouse & Equipment Manager and the primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with inventory control and preparing re-orders for a variety of consumable products used in the business.
- Receiving new order deliveries and slotting items to their proper locations in the warehouse.
- Learning about the specialty equipment used in the business and participating in the proper routine maintenance and common trouble-shooting issues to ensure all equipment is always ready for use when needed.
- Participate in the daily check-out/in process for equipment and consumables to our crews
- Help with delivering equipment and materials to jobsites as needed and vehicles and equipment to local service providers for routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Assist with keeping the warehouse clean and organized at all times (dumpster area, trash cans, sweeping, etc.)
- Assist with grounds and parking lots maintenance and cleaning - including mowing and snow removal.
- Helping to supervise the cleaning and putting equipment back into it's proper locations after use.
- Assisting with restocking designated work vehicles and trailers with equipment and consumables after each use so that they are always ready to go when needed.
- Help to oversee and manage various aspects of the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
- Any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse and Equipment Manager or other company management
Requirements for this position include:
- Reliable daily transportation to the warehouse location.
- Can-Do attitude, team player and always ready to help!
- Eagerness, willingness, and natural curiosity to learn new things and how stuff works.
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty or work hard.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Dependability and ability to work longer hours if needed and put in the required time necessary (including a few weekends) to meet the needs of the business during peak periods. (generally 4-5 times per year)
- Successful candidates will also possess good clear communication and time management skills, computer skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to stand for long periods, routinely lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, squat, bend-over, climb ladders and stairs, work in tight spaces, and around equipment and cleaning products, be subjected to loud sounds, and work in all types of temperature and weather conditions.
- MUST have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a BG check.
- Ability to become forklift certified
- Bi-Lingual while not required would be HUGE plus!
Normal Work Hours: 7:30a-5:00p M-F
