- Answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and routing calls
- Data entry; collecting customer information and updating job files
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organizing and distributing daily production schedules
- Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, and other correspondence
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience OR higher education
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data entry software
- Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
