Position Overview
The Restoration Technician plays a key role in executing restoration and cleanup services on residential and commercial projects. This position requires a reliable, hard-working individual who can ensure quality service while maintaining the professional appearance of SERVPRO vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform demolition, water and fire damage mitigation, mold remediation, duct cleaning, carpet and general cleaning, contents pack-out, and related restoration services
Load and organize equipment, tools, and supplies for each job
Maintain a clean and professional vehicle and equipment appearance
Set up staging areas and prep workspaces at job sites
Follow all safety and risk management procedures
Communicate clearly with supervisors, job leads, and fellow technicians
Perform end-of-job cleanup and equipment breakdown

Requirements

Entry-level; IICRC or other industry certifications are a plus
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Physically able to:
- Lift 50 lbs. independently (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
- Climb ladders and work at elevated heights
- Work in tight or confined spaces
- Stand, sit, or work for extended periods
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle checks
