We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Contents/Textile Restoration Technician to join our Fire Damage Division. In this role, your primary focus will be restoring textiles using our Esporta Wash System and managing contents inventory with the iCat platform. If you’re organized, hard-working, and ready to help families recover after disaster strikes, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate Esporta Wash System to clean and restore soft goods such as clothing, linens, shoes, and stuffed items
- Use iCat system to document, photograph, and track inventory of customer contents
- Assist with packing and unpacking customer contents in homes affected by fire or smoke damage
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of equipment and workspace
- Deliver excellent customer service with compassion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable with technology and data entry
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior restoration, laundry, or inventory experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
