At SERVPRO, we’re searching for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist who brings an analytical mindset and proactive energy to our accounting team.

About the Role:
As our AR/Collections Specialist, you’ll dive deep into our receivables and ensure every account is tracked, followed up, and closed out with confidence. This isn’t a passive collections role – we need a thinker, a doer, and a team player who knows how to own their numbers.

You’ll Excel If You:

Love spreadsheets, payment follow-ups, and a zero-past-due inbox
Can troubleshoot discrepancies like a detective
Take pride in professional, tactful communication with clients
Enjoy digging into data and driving improvements

Must-Have Skills:

2+ years of AR, billing, banking, or accounting experience
QuickBooks Online expertise (3+ years preferred)
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Clear, confident communication and customer service abilities

Bonus Points For:

Background in banking or insurance
Familiarity with compliance and vendor management
Experience working in fast-paced, service-oriented companies

This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
